The festival is the hub for food, mentioning my favorites from the festival to give you a gist.
Mahi Tilnaz:
One of the best fish appetizers I have had. Boneless Rawas was perfectly crunchy on the outside. Coat with sesame seeds, the perfect balance of flavors, and totally delicious.
Murgh Hara Dhaniya Tikka:
Not very spicy, the flavors are just on point. With tender chicken cook to perfection in Coriander.
Aloo mutter ki Asharfi:
Best vegetarian appetizer, the stuffing of mashed potato and green peas, in a tikka form are perfectly golden with a sesame seed coating. Just one word for, splendid.
Methi Paneer Tikka:
The fresh Cottage Cheese cook in Fenugreek. It’s light and tasty, each of these tastes unique and mouth-watering.
Dal Do Pyaza:
The spread for the main course is huge, just listing what I really love from the lot is. Dal Do Pyaza (a great taste of tur daal done with tomato, onion, and is mindblowing). Saaga Murgh (Chicken gravy done in a total Northern style). Korma Dum Pulao (Just try it to know it’s flavors). Achari Baingan (Eggplant is a cook in delicious flavorsome gravy).
From the desserts section, the absolute must is Mutter Ka Halwa:
The green thicker halwa is filled with flavors, the kind you would have not tasted before. It’s an absolute must to try!
