The first season of Raja Rasoi Aur Anya Kahaniyaan did introduce us to a variety of cuisines and delicacies from across India. The spices and their taste definitely waters our mouth.

The second season, Raja Rasoi Aur Andaaz Anokha will bring many more such enticing recipes from the royal kitchens of India.

Indian Royalty has been a part of the ancient culinary traditions.

Raja Rasoi Aur Andaaz Anokha takes us through the history of food prepared in the royal kitchens of India. Starts with the blending of foreign imports, rare fowls taking us into the elaborate preparation methods using nothing but the local herbs. Further to create some of the best and most flavorful food in the country.

Ranveer cooked two types of chats for us to give us a flavour of what’s going to come. Further, each of the episodes uncovers some of the secrets from the lands of flavours. Like there will be episodes talking about Lucknow V/s Hyderabad, Jungi khaana, Maharashtrian food, and so on.

Tamatar ki Chat

He made Tamatar ki Chat:

Slow-cooked chat consisting of Tamatar, potato, Desi Ghee, and Jaggery, Salt, garnished with Coriander, Pomegranate, Papdi, and mint leaves. The chatpati chat is truly something that would make you want to try more and more.

Rasgulle ki Chat

The second chat he made was Rasgulle ki Chat:

Famous green chutney base, topped with Rasgulla, Fume Curd, Moong dal, Red chilli powder, Pomegranate, and Papdi.

The new season will actually let you know how Ranveer ended up using 57 kgs of Desi ghee; throughout the season. We won’t wonder if the makers would rename the show to Raja Rasoi Aur Desi Ghee 😉
