We always want something traditional, something authentic, along with something new. Appreciate conventional and customary when back with some fusion. And that is exactly what I experienced at the newly opened place. This Dhaba and Drinks in Dadar, Angrezi Dhaba is about 3 mins walking distance from the Dadar station towards the west side.

Dhaba and Drinks in Dadar

Have an authentic Dhaba experience with modern delicacies, having some unique and innovative menu to delight your taste buds. The place has vibrant color hues, in a complete filmy style, with all famous Bollywood movie posters, quirky décor items, and very warm and friendly staff.

We started, with the mocktails like Jeera Kokum Punch:

This refreshing drink has Kokum extract, orange juice, cumin seeds, soda, served on cracked ice.

Mango Coconut Daiquiri:

It’s fresh and stimulating, having fresh Mango pulp, coconut fudge syrup, coconut cream, delicious for sure, both the mocktails are available in cocktail format too.

In appetizers, we had, Pav Bhaji And Cheese Fondue:

The traditional Pav Bhaji is top with Italian cheese fondue. Further, serve with chunks of crispy buttered Pav. Highly recommended.

Chicken Sev Puri:

It’s a twist to the traditional chat. The crispy Sev Puri’s are top with mince masala Kheema. Instead of potato, tamarind, and mint chutney with the chat dressing.

Tandoori Chicken Crostini:

Toasted bread slices are top with small chunks of chicken tandoori. It’s mix with bell peppers, fresh basil, tomatoes, and spicy ketchup, it’s crunchy and delectable.

Murgh Tikka Paan:

Another twist to the traditional Banarasi Paan. Here the pan is fill with char grill chicken tikkas. The kind of paan you won’t get anywhere. Try for its uniqueness.

Tandoori Pomfret:

Here Pomfret in the masala is marinate and then serve with spicy mint chutney and top with lemon slices.

In desserts, we tried, Apple Banana Crunch Caramel Parfait, Chocolate Overload and Cheese cherry cake, these frozen desserts, were a little moist, otherwise good, go for the food more than the desserts, or opt for more traditional ones like Gulab Jamun.
